Eligibility
To be eligible for membership, a past student must generally meet a minimum term of attendance.

Past Students
An Old Boy who has been a student for a period of not less than six (6) school terms is typically eligible.
Executive Committee Discretion
Past Students
The Executive Committee has the absolute discretion to enroll an Old Boy who has been a student for a period less than the stipulated time without stating a reason.

Past Students
An Old Boy who has been a student for a period of not less than nine (9) school terms is typically eligible.
Locality
Past Students
All potential and existing members must be residing in New Zealand with status for citizenship, permanent residency, and eligible visas, excluding visitor.
Application Process
An applicant for admission to membership must follow a formal process.
How to apply
The applicant must apply to the Honorary Secretary in writing using a form prescribed by the Executive Committee.
Subscription
Membership is conferred upon the applicant paying the required subscription (which may be amended over time).
Approval
The application must be proposed by one member of the Association and seconded by another member.
Honorary Life Members
The Association may also elect Honorary Life Members, not exceeding a specific number (e.g., ten), at the Annual General Meeting.
